Shipping policy

At Mike’s Gamestation, we work hard to ensure your books arrive quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Within the United States:
We currently ship nationwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited options may arrive sooner depending on the carrier.

Tracking Your Order:
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update it, contact us immediately at support@mikesgamestation.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
